These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Old Money Capital LLC (“Old Money Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Old Money Capital regarding the types of communications you selected when signing up. These may include:

• Tenant and property updates: Important apartment community announcements, maintenance and repair updates, scheduled service interruptions, appointment reminders, and other property-related communications.

• Investor communications: Updates about existing investments, upcoming events, investor meetings, and, if you opt in to promotional messages, information about new investment opportunities and available deals.

Messages will be limited to the purposes covered by your consent. Opting in to tenant updates does not automatically enroll you in investor or promotional messages.

2. Consent and Message Frequency

Participation in our SMS program is voluntary. Providing a mobile number alone does not constitute consent to receive promotional text messages. Promotional messages require your separate, express written opt-in, which may be provided electronically.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, renting an apartment, or making an investment.

Message frequency may vary based on your relationship with us, your selected communications, and relevant property or investment activity.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan and any applicable charges.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. You may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. After that, we will stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again.

5. Help and Message Delivery

For assistance, reply HELP to a message from us or email admin@oldmoneycapital.com.

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us operate and deliver our SMS program, solely for those purposes.
